This is a Family Court matter pending before the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam under OP (FC) No. 462 of 2023 arising from GOP No. 697/2020 in OP(G&W) No. 697/2020. The matter was referred to mediation, and on 19 September 2023 the parties agreed to participate in mediation at the Kerala High Court Mediation Centre. The memorandum provisions include dissolution of the marriage on mutual consent, custody arrangements for the children Arundhati (daughter) and Anand (son) with permanent custody to the respondent and petitioner respectively, and a structured visitation schedule.
